Where do we ship?
We provide standard Air Mail shipping worldwide, but unfortunately orders cannot be tracked. We provide free shipping on US and Hong Kong orders $150 USD and above and on international orders $250 USD and above.
I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
If you want to change your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. We usually process orders as soon as possible but we may be able to change your order if you contact us a few hours after making your order.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders will be processed from Monday through Friday, and shipped within 48 hours of placement. For orders placed on the weekend, or holidays — they will be ready to ship the next business day.
What happens in case of returns?
We do not accept returns, but we allow exchanges. If an item has been delivered to you damaged, the balance will be refunded as store credit, less the return shipping fee, only for a one month window period upon order placement. If an item is marked FINAL SALE, they are not eligible for any type of credit, or exchange.
What steps do I need to do for an exchange?
It is strongly recommended that you contact our customer service team to get step-by-step instructions. Our representatives can assist you with checking to ensure that your exchange size is available as well as reserving it for you. The item(s) will then be sent out as soon as your return arrives and is processed.
What happens if I want to cancel my order?
You should contact our customer service team right away within a 2 hour period since you placed the order at email@example.com. Unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel your order once it has been processed or after the 2 hour period.
How should I care for garment?
As with all fine garments, refer to care label instructions for each style. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask us at firstname.lastname@example.org
